Eco-friendly Custom Twist Up Lip Balm Lipstick Paper Tubes
This twist-up paper tube comes with the pink plastic body. It is rolled from food grade cardboard stock and rigid paperboard. The main raw material is the recyclable cardboard, which can meet the requirements on the sustainable and environmental-friendly. The traditional twist-up structure is very user-friendly when the customers use the lip balm and lipstick. All texts, patterns and logos are hot foil stamping in gold color which is very attractive and beautiful in the navy blue background. The soft-touch lamination on the whole surface can improve the shiny effects and keep the surface of the twist-up paper tube away from bumps and scratches. The dimension of this paper tube box is 2*10 cm which is customized by our current customers for 5 gram lip balm. Other customers can further customize all details according to their own requirements if they are interested in this kind of twist-up paper tube with plastic tube body.

1. Materials
Custom cardboard tubes are rigid in nature and range from 800-1500gsm in thickness depending on the size of the tube. These materials contain at least 50% post-consumer content (recycled waste).
2. Printing
All packaging is printed with soy-based ink, which is eco-friendly and produces much brighter and vibrant colors. CMYK is the most popular and cost effective color system used in print. For accurate brand colors to be printed and is more expensive than CMYK.
3. Coating
Coating is added to your printed designs to protect it from scratches and scuffs.
Biodegradable Lamination
More expensive than standard lamination and doesn’t protect your designs as well, but is eco-friendly.
4. Finishing
Top off your packaging with a finish option that completes your package.
Matte lamination: smooth and non-reflective, overall softer look.
Glossy lamination: shiny and reflective, more prone to fingerprints.
Satin lamination: semi-shiny, in between a matte and glossy look.
Soft-touch lamination: it looks like a matte finish, but feels like velvet.
