It is rolled from cardboard stock and rigid paperboard, the main raw material is the recyclable cardboard, which can meet the requirements on the sustainable and environmental-friendly. The clear window on the top can show the perfume directly when customers want to pick out the perfume from variours brands. The main logo is hot foil stamping in gold color which can catch customers' eyes at the first sight when they want to purchase perfume. All other texts, patterns and logos are printed in offset printing. 1. Materials
Custom cardboard tubes are rigid in nature and range from 800-1500gsm in thickness depending on the size of the tube. These materials contain at least 50% post-consumer content (recycled waste).
2. Printing
All packaging is printed with soy-based ink, which is eco-friendly and produces much brighter and vibrant colors. CMYK is the most popular and cost effective color system used in print. For accurate brand colors to be printed and is more expensive than CMYK.
3. Coating
Coating is added to your printed designs to protect it from scratches and scuffs.
Biodegradable Lamination
More expensive than standard lamination and doesn’t protect your designs as well, but is eco-friendly.
4. Finishing
Top off your packaging with a finish option that completes your package.
Matte lamination: smooth and non-reflective, overall softer look.
Glossy lamination: shiny and reflective, more prone to fingerprints.
Satin lamination: semi-shiny, in between a matte and glossy look.
