This creative cosmetic paper tube box is made from rigid paperboard, the dimension is 3*12 cm which is customized by our customer and can be fit for 15 ml glass bottle packaging. This cosmetics cardboard tube is eco-friendly and recyclable because the material is paperboard which is biodegradable. The main logo area is hot foil stamping in rose gold color, other patterns and texts are in offset printing. The whole surface of the cardboard tube is matt lamination which not only provides a softer, more natural look, but also can protect the printing effects well. Customers can customize any details as same as they required.

1. Materials
Custom cardboard tubes are rigid in nature and range from 800-1500gsm in thickness depending on the size of the tube. These materials contain at least 50% post-consumer content (recycled waste).
2. Printing
All packaging is printed with soy-based ink, which is eco-friendly and produces much brighter and vibrant colors. CMYK is the most popular and cost effective color system used in print. For accurate brand colors to be printed and is more expensive than CMYK.
3. Coating
Coating is added to your printed designs to protect it from scratches and scuffs.
Biodegradable Lamination
More expensive than standard lamination and doesn’t protect your designs as well, but is eco-friendly.
4. Finishing
Top off your packaging with a finish option that completes your package.
Matte lamination: smooth and non-reflective, overall softer look.
Glossy lamination: shiny and reflective, more prone to fingerprints.
Satin lamination: semi-shiny, in between a matte and glossy look.
Soft-touch lamination: it looks like a matte finish, but feels like velvet.
