This airtight paper can comes with metal tinplate and PE foil lining wall, it is the classical design for cocoa powder packaging. The metal tinplate lid is in gold color at food grade, the transparent PE foil lining is typicall used for food grade packaging. The main raw material is the recyclable cardboard, which can meet the requirements on the sustainable and environmental-friendly. You can choose this paper cans to direct contact the cocoa powder. The main logo area is printed by hot foil stamping in gold color as well. All the patterns, texts and logo are printed by offset printing in Pantone color mode. 1. Materials
Custom cardboard tubes are rigid in nature and range from 800-1500gsm in thickness depending on the size of the tube. These materials contain at least 50% post-consumer content (recycled waste).
2. Printing
All packaging is printed with soy-based ink, which is eco-friendly and produces much brighter and vibrant colors. CMYK is the most popular and cost effective color system used in print. For accurate brand colors to be printed and is more expensive than CMYK.
3. Coating
Coating is added to your printed designs to protect it from scratches and scuffs.
Biodegradable Lamination
More expensive than standard lamination and doesn’t protect your designs as well, but is eco-friendly.
4. Finishing

Matte lamination: smooth and non-reflective, overall softer look.
